Each blend makes it easy to create healthy, traditional, recipes from around the world in your own home. Each packet starts with a “Shopping List” on the back highlighting the fresh ingredients you’ll need. The easy-to-follow recipe along with the unique blend of 10-14 spices, which are roasted and premeasured, are inside to make a family size meal.

The heat level starts with mild – medium with an extra chili, included, providing an option to bring it up, if desired. The use of whole, ground and exotic spices gives each dish it’s unique depth, texture, and robust flavor. These are the key to make a dish really sing!

These blends are all natural, low in sodium and do not contain any additives, preservatives, gluten, dairy, MSG or fillers of any kind. Check ingredient list for allergy information. Many recipes are vegetarian and vegan friendly.
