Chicken Tikka Masala Blend
- 8 – 10 oz of baby bella mushrooms and 1 cup peas
- 8 oz extra firm Tofu or Paneer* (Indian cottage cheese) cut into 1″ cubes, lightly pan fried and 1 cup peas

Madras Fish/Shrimp Blend
- 14 oz extra firm Tofu cut into 1″ cubes and lightly pan fried
Lamb/Beef Tagine Blend
- 4 cups of vegetable medley, cut into 1″ cubes (some combinations that work well together are: root vegetables, cauliflower, eggplant and zucchini)
Biryani Blend
- Hand full of green beans, 1 medium potato, 1 bell pepper, 1 medium carrot, 1/4 cup peas
Cream Substitutes
- Coconut milk or cream of equal amount.
